I am ila, today I would like to continue about my conclusions… in my opinion, there are many preventive measures to avoid from being the victim… first, avoid the short cuts through dark or deserted areas… second, be wary who follow or distract you… third, carry your hand bag in front of you or clasp it firmly under your arm and never leave it unattended, especially in crowded places like shoping and hawker centres… Another preventive measure is always walk facing on-coming traffic if possible and hold the hand bag on the side away from the motorist and do not flaunt cash and valuables in public view… if possible if someone telling you that your money dropped on the floor beware because maybe it is just the snatcher trick to snacth your thing…
Walk on five foot ways to avoid being snatch by motorcycle pillion riders.. do not push when boarding the train, bus, cinema or any crowded and busy place to avoid from being snatched… When using the lift, please make sure there is someone with you or look for someone you are familiar, if there is someone following you and you are suspicious about that person, get out the lift immediately… Do not keep your purse in your back pocket when queing to buy tickets to a ball game, bus or train… When on a public transport like bus or train, please do not push or squeeze yourself through, wait until others have gotten in or out… Do not let unknown people place their arms on your shoulder especially when disembarking a public transportation or queuing…
The best punishments for the snatcher is a jail term which may extend to 3 years or fine or both for the person convicted of theft is liable to… for the person convicted of theft with assault or criminal force is liable to a jail term of not less than 1 year and not more than 7 years and caning…

Some people will be the victim of snatch theft when bring a lot of money and that persons just come out from the bank.Usually, the snatch theft already located the area that they want start that bad activities.Anyways, people were forget or not realised that they were people that keep an eye on them...When the situation appeared, nothing them can do even they shouted loudly.they cash money already gone.
People that walk walking alone always will be snatch theft victim. When they were alone and there nobody else around the corner, this is an opportunity to snatch theft to snatch them and this situation always happened that they robbed and raped.That's sound horrible ,but that were recently happened.The next day, police only found the dead body beside the road or somewhere else.

First,the group that we call "mat rempit". We can see that mat rempit always passing go and come on the road. What exactly they do?No one knows.when this group of guys saw someone that walking alone, the mt rempit usually will disturb that person. Maybe that can be thought as a prank for this group but not for the victim.They will feel that the road that just taking that time not safe anymore to use.As we know mat rempit will do bad activities like having an illegal racing to collect some money or they were challenge to do it.When they were out of money, they will find some way to get it...by snatch people.
Then, the snatch theft also included people that were taking drugs. They was so many kind of drugs, for example, heroin,alcohol,cocaine,ecstasy and mores. Heroin for instance have highly addictive opiate that cause brain cells become dependent on this drug.The users of this drug will make them depend on it in order ti function well in their daily life.Of course, to get drugs they need money, to get money...what they do?snatch people or sometime robbed their own family members.Thats What always occur in this recent life.

The Conclusion
Haiii..I am Sakinah..Today I would like to post about the conclusion about our group topic, snatch theft.We all know that this problem is become serious in this country because there a lot of case a day by day and what is surprising the public and the government, is much more victims is death because of the snatch theft.What are in my mind is why the snatch theft could possibly have a heart to kill for only RM100 in the bag that they snatch.The snatch theft problem is also hard to be reduce because we do not know when it will happen and who is the person that will do it.Hoping the government to reduce this problem is not fair at all because we as a public should remind ourself to be more careful and alert with our surrounding before we being target.
For the criminal and the snatch theft,snatching is the best way to get money in a short time.This is because,they can get a handphone, wallet,handbag and some money when they are doing that job.People who is involved in the snatch theft is possibly a people who do not have work and a drug addicted.Thats why,they snatching to make sure they can get money in a short time to buy drugs.Statistic for this six month shows that there is averagely 26.33 case have been repoted to the police.This data is getting from the 4766 cases in a same period.This statistic is not include the case that do not been repoted by the victims.For the conclusion,we know that this cases increase all the time.And the sadness is because the snatch theft make a lot of death and injured to the victims.It is so sad to hear that the victims die just because they want to protect what is belong to them.
The snatch theft now is so crucial because they willing to kill.This is what happen to the students from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman,Lee Khian Yeep, who is death because of the snatch theft.What is happen in this country until the peoples life have become so cheap.
From the context of developing country,the death of Lee Khian Yeep is a big lost to the country.This is because,coutry needs a lot of students to give their contribution to develop country as well as the need of government to make this country become a succesful country in 2020.
Other than that,the increase of this case have also make public lost their trust to the efficient of police in doing their job.This is because there are several people who do not care about this problem and will only act when this case have been expose by media.
To reduce this case,public should not hope the police to do it but also involve when they ask too.Public should be more alert and cooperate with police and do not be afraid.
Lastly,I want to conclude that we must cooperate with the police and government to reduce this case for the safety of this country.Although we cannot react alone,we can be an eye and ear of police to help them.Public can do a report if they saw something or anyone suspicious.

Hai...I'm Anis.Here, I want to make some conclusion of snatch theft.
In the of this discussion, I want to concluded that snatch theft is not a new phenomena in this day...It's already happened years ago and no one could ever avoid it from occur. This because...,there have some people out there were not contributed well to prevent it.Of course many people only cared for itself and their family, but this matter will carrying until the end of our generation and that time it must be worse than this condition.
From the source of wikipedia and free encyclopedia, snatch theft means a criminal act of forcefully stealing from a pedestrians while employing rob-and-runs tactics.It's is typical for two thieves to work together and ride moped or motorcycle to escape easier.a persons steers the vehicles while another does the act of theft itself.However,some snatch theft work alone or do not mope to thieves.
In snatch theft,you all that there have two two sides that involved in snatch theft,there is the culprit and absolutely the victims.The newspapers also carried statistics on the number of snatch thefts. Relying on police statistics, Penang Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon revealed that there had been a total of 515 cases of snatch thefts in Penang between January and May 2004. arrest of 52 people. Meanwhile the Perak CPO reported a total of 374 cases of snatch thefts in his state during January to May 2004 (The Star, 8 July 2004).

There are two categories that involved in the snatch theft… The culprit and the victim… The culprit mostly come from man… the jobless people, drug addict, ex-prisoner and the “mat rempit”… Although not all the snatcher come from them but mostly they are from that kind of person… People who are have work also do this crime because they want to get extra money to support their family… Mostly teenagers do this crime because they did not get the money from they parents when they want to buy something… There are also have people who are do this crime because this is their hobby… The victim mostly come from the women who cannot fight them back… Women have attract the snatcher because they always wear too many jewellery…
This problem does not effect the individual, but also effect the society and the country… People who have been snatch will get trauma and physical injured… They also become paralysis..sometimes can cause dead… The public people also scared to go out because they know that outside are not safety anymore… Effect for the country are, the tourist will not come to our country again because they think about their safety.. If tourist does not come to our country it will effect to the our economic because tourism are the one source of money for the country… That’s why we must prevent this problem…
The solution for this problem does not come from the individual, but from the society and the government… The individual especially women can take the action by do not wear too many jewellery, do not go out at the night alone and when go out just bring the important things only… such as purse,identity card and handphone… Society including the school, family members and the public people can play their role… For example, teacher at the school can teach their student how to avoid from being the victim and how to act when they have snatch… The solution also come from the government…Government can upgrade the law and give the heavy punishment such as public caning… So that all the snatcher will get their lesson and did not do this crime again…

Hi...i am ila..today i would like to share about the solution of the snatch theft problem.. for the individual, if we on the way to buy something like dining table, sofa set, or anything that have to use the great amout of money...dont bring to many cash because we can attract the snatcher.. just bring the card credit or card atm and take the money at the near by of the shop... for the women, try to overcome the hobby like shoping...because we dont realize if snatcher are watching at us..
The goverment can also upgrade the law...and try to give the heavy punishment to the snatcher like cut their hand or public caning...maybe all the snatcher will get their lesson and never do this crime again.
We can also help the police by giving information if we saw this crime happen.. we must willing to be witnes and not scare to tell who are the snatcher although we are close to that person... we cannot compromy with the snatcher....if not they will do this crime again and maybe they can also snatch us.. So be carefull and alert everytime and anywhere...Dont trust any people easyly.. Just trust your family member and go out with them for the our safety..

I,m Anis...the next item of solution is to involved the government.The government should create a new system that involving the police department.The government should tighten the law and police officer will make sure it were successful.Right now, a jail for snatch theft do not work anymore because they will in in few months.As the penalization, the snatch theft compulsory be a jail that should extend to three years or a fine or both of it.May.12,police have proposed that snatch theft be punish with social work like sweeping the street to serve them a lesson.bukit Aman CID director,Dato Seri Mohd Bakri Mohd Zainin said that the offenders should also wear posters that say 'I am the snatch theft" to shame them so they will repent.In the first month of this year only,there has been a 15% drop in snatch theft police report in Johor Bharu.This showed that snatch theft still increased even we didn't see with our own eyes.The authorities should also be wary of "short-cuts" and 'quick-fixes" like the installation of close- circuit television (CCTV) in snatch theft prone areas.

Sorry,this is me....sakinah..who had post without name just now..And now I would like to continue again on the same topic.Just now,I had cover about the role of family members and the public.Now,I would like to talk about the role of government according to the solution of the snatch theft problem.As we know,the government is the organization that have a lot of role on this country.government also play a big role to solve the problem like crime.They should do something to reduce the number of snatch theft to make sure public live in harmony.
Firstly.government should give an information about the ways to avoid being a victims.They can do it by doing a campaign and by media wether it is trough the television or radio.This is important because public always connected to the media and they will get an information from it.
Other than that,government should educate public and encourage them to be alerteverytime because we dont know if we are being targeted by the snatch theft.Usually,public will follow what government said because they know that goernment always care about their safety.

Hi... i am ila.. i would like to share about the solution of the snatch theft problem.. goverment also their own responsibilty to sole this problem.. what can government do is, try to increase the security.. for example government can put the police at the road or at the crowded place such as the bus station.... so that, snatcher will not have chance to do their job.. government can also update the punishment for the snatcher.. if the snatcher have make the victim have the bad injured or die.. we can put them in jail or hanging... if the victim have been paralyse because of the snatcher, the snatcher must be public caning... so that all the snatcher will know that if they do the crime they will get the punishment..

Hai...I'm Anis.I want to continued my blog to discussed on the next solution of snatch theft.It's pedestrians should walking with again the street to prevent themselves from be the victims of natch theft.If pedestrians walking towards infront, obviously them didn't see what happen.So,make sure that walking by agains the traffic road.This way will give you opportunity to see and knowing if there has road users that have bad intentions on them.If the pedestrians already abou the real situation, which is something were not right with the driver in front of them,quicklly go to beside of street and they must be walking faster than usually to avoid something bad from happen.At the same time,make sure the bag that they carrying not to obvious that everyone can see them were carrying a handbag.So, the pedestrians not to open for snatch theft inccident.

Hi i am Ila... today i would like to share some information about the effect of snatch theft. Usually this crime have effected the victim because victim will feel trauma and afraid because they will always remember about this thing. They will feel that the place that they live is not safe anymore.. the snatcher always snatch women or the person who are cannot fight them back, so if the mother have been snatch and that mother get injured or she dead, the children will not have the perfect life. The children will lack of mother love and maybe they will get involve in the social crime. Snatch theft is not also effect the victim but it also effect the people aroud the victim. The other effect is people will have doubt in the police creadibility… they will feel that the police did not do their job because let this crime happen and the amount of the snacther are increase. Hello...I' Anis.This time Iwill write about the effects of snetch theft.From what I think about this current issue is totally will increasingly the total of accident on the road.Why I said so?It really obvious that when the snatching occured especially on the road,there will directly be an accident,the accident could be between the snatch and the victim,or maybe could happened among victim and other road users.Many people that wacthing this scence said that the accident happend because the snatch snatching the victim from their back and the victim can't balancing their body mhile riding motorcycle that make them fell down on the road.when this situation suddenly occured,the rider and maybe the passengers at the back did't notice that the other vehicals are passing by on the road.Although they were realised about the real situation,of course they never manage to escape from the unfortunated situation.Then,another victim of snetch theft appearred in the newspapers on the next days.This showed that snatch theft will keep create a day without a death.In summary,snatch theft will make the amount of road accident occured almost every day.

Whether problem with their family or friend. they lack of family love,thats why they did this crime because they want to get attention from their family and the other people that can involve in snacth theft are the jobless and the ex-prisoner...They want to get money in the easy way without think about other people whether other will injured or suffer because of their crime but not all jobless and ex-prisoner become snatcher.'mat rempit' also have possibility to become snatcher.

Hai..I am sakinah..Today,I would like to talk about the people who are always being targeted by the snatch theft..The victims is usually someone who is weak and do not have an enerrgy to fight the criminal.We have heard in the news that the victims is usually weak and cannot fight the snatch theft but I am so attracted to the news that I have read.The news is talking about the housewife that rides down purse snatcher.That 41 year old woman chased the culprits about 100 meters.Then she crashed her bike into his.causing them both to fall off.she then screamed to attracting passersby who catch the man.I think this woman is so brave and I am very proud of her but I dont think there is a lot of woman like her.We all know that woman is soft and weak.Thats why some people will take the advantage to do something to them.From news,we know that people who are always being a victims is the woman.This is because the snatch theft know that woman cannot fight them back to get what belong to her.Other than that,the people who are always be a victims is someone that love to wear a lot of jewellery.This is also come from a group of woman.They always want to show off and they do not know that thy are being watched by the snatcher that waiting for a good time to do their job.Besides that,people who are always be a victims is the people who are careless and do not aware to their surrounding.They just do whatever they want and do not keep their stuff from being targeted by the snatcher.For example,some people love to use their handphone while walking.Futhermore,there is also a people who are not watching around while they walk and carrying their bag.So,I think that is the most possible reason why woman always be a victims.

Hai..I am Sakinah..Today,I would like to talk about people who are involved in the snatch theft..I think the most targeted people that involved in snatch theft is ex prisoner.This is because they usually are hard to find a job and get hired by the employee becauses the employee do not want this people make a problem that will destroy the company.This is become normal for employee to check the background of their worker.Unfortunately,not all of the ex prisoner still having their bad attitude.When they are not accepted for the job,and they find it is hard to find a job,they maybe desperate to be a snatch theft.Some of them may have a family,and they are doing those thing to make sure their family have a good life.

Hai..I am Sakinah..Sorry,because today I would like to talk about my last article of the definition of snatch theft..Actually,I have talk about this in my first posting but i think i want to add a few new thing.The meaning of snatch is to take something quickly and often in rudely or roughly way.The other meaning of snatch is to take something away from a person or place by force.The other means is an act of moving your hand very quickly to take or steal something.While the meaning of theft is the crime of stealing something from a person or place.In my op[inion,when we combined this two words,we can conclude that the snatch theft is a person who is doing the crime of stealing by taking something quickly and often in rudely or roughly way.

About the people that have potential to be a snetch theft,I suppose it's more to persons who have financial problems,undicipline student,a group of people that has bad influenced, jobless people and of course there has a group that called "mat rempit".
It's easy to say,why you were become a snetch theft?We don't actually kow their problems. Then,they has problem, why you choose to be like this?Is there no other way?that's will appearred from society or the question will come out from polica officer whan they investigated about them.

Hai...it's me again,Anis.Last week I already talked about "the culprit" and now I wanted to continued to talk about the "victim".As long as I concern,so many victim of sneth theft out there.Sometime I will feel afraid to go out without a friend.Usually,the theft will doing their bad activities when some body on their own.However,someone who has friends also will be their victim.Why?maybe there no more place for anyone to take a walk especially for pedestrian's.Human will much safe if they do not walk out from their house.But,it's just can hold only for temporary...who want spending their only at home,especially teenagers.Many cases that bring fatal to victim,one of them is Saripah Mohd Nor.This pregnant mother died because of snecth theft at Tumpat,Kelantan.This inccident happened on 8 May 2009.She has 5 more child that still small.The youngest one only 13,what a child at this can do?Maybe it's true,she can cooked for his brothers while their father go to work,But,a child will never can replace a mother.More than that,she should'nt suffer at thia young age.what should she do?omly focussing on their study.That's I can said and feel very sympathic for this family.Society also know the consequences and tehy already to help when they saw any inccident of snatching,but it's still happened nowadays.I feel very unhappy while open a newspapers and the current issue is snetch theft. because of that, I hope everyone will much alert at their environment,so we can reduce the total of fatal even we can't overcom this phenomena at once.

hi.....i am ila..today i would like to share about people who involved with snatch theft.. people who are involved mostly are jobless or the drug addict.. they did this crime because they want to get money in the easy way...that's why they dont care about the other people,whether other people will injured or dead..this crime are usually did by teenagers but sometimes an adult also take part of this crime..people who are involved in snacth theft mostly are men..

Hai... i am Ila....i want to tell about definition of snatch. Snatch also mean eagerly want to get something or take something without right position and when they get chance to do that... Snatch is to grasp or seize suddenly. That's why the victim didnt know that they gonna be victim to snatcher because it's happen suddenly... snatcher always do something that victim didnt expect..although we are at the crowded place,we can also be victim to the snatcher...

a) Culprit
We all know that without the culprit, there would not be any crime...but without them,... what the police do?However,this not the issue I want to talk about.Continued with my topic,snatch theft.I wonder's,what make do such dangerous and dirty work?Are they really that poor until want snatch people or they just do it for fun.Maybe entertaiment?What make me so unhappy is the culprit not only people but also become a killer.We all know that this day so many cases of snatch theft in Malaysia that bring fatal So many citizen passed away because these unmannered human.Recently,a young mother has been snatch by a motor rider but the snatch didn't get what he one because the necklace that almost he get dropped in clothes of that young mother.Her name is Nor Aida Saad and working.1 April 2009 been the day that she never forget because she hopping that incident will never happpen.Recall what happen...she said,when she arrived at office, she realise that she has left somethina behind.Then,after she get stuff at home,she was on the way to back at her office.Unfortunately,she think that something wrong with her car.When she stop car,someone from behind comes and snatch her necklace.Aida was really shock and can't do anything to anything to protect herself from that snacher.Aida hurt at waist because the snacher hurt her.However,she finally fell self when the snacher leff that place without continuing to harm her and her baby.

People who are involved in snatch theft.
Salam and hi..I am Sakinah.Today I want to talk about the person that involved in the snatch theft case.There are two group of people that involved in this case.It is the calprit and the victims but today I only want to talk about the calprits.Based on my knowledge,I want to say that the people who are being the calprits is mostly the man.IO was thinking like this because the crime in this country also known are doing by that gender.Usually,this people is in the group of jobless person and the drug addicts.The reason for that statement is because people who do not have a job and a permanent income cannot afford their lives and they are desperate to do a crime such as snatch theft.They do not want to try looking for a job because they only want a money to come by the easiest way.For the drug addicts,they also known to be a snatch theft because they are desperate to get a money to buy a drug and another kind of that thing.They are doing this because tey need a money in a short time to do their hobbies in such a waste thing.Do you all agree with me?I hope you all will respond me because this is the third time I am posting to this blog.I am plesure to accept if you are not agree with my statement and hope you can give another point about the topic.

What will happen when snatch theft take place?
Firstly,we know that snatch theft do not have a humanity sense.They usually take the victims bag or anything that not belong to them in immediately movement.The victims didnt notice the snatcher are following them and keep looking at them early.But there is one problem,the victims usually do something beyond control.They will try to chase the snatch theft.They dont know that their action is wrong because it will make the situation more terible.When the victims trying hard to fight,it will cause something bad such as they will get injured or they might also sacrifice their life.This situation are rarely happen because the snatcher willing to do anything to make sure they get what they want.In the ews,we know that a woman and moms always be a victims.There are so many case that shows the victims die and get injured because the snatcher hit or push them from the motorcycle.In this case we know that we should not fighting back to the snatcher just only because our property.It is because our lives is more important than that.

SNATCH means take something quickly and often rudely or roughly.
Otherwise,SNATCHER or SNATCH THEFT means a person who take something quickly with their hands and steals it.
Nowadays,snatch theft become so "popular" because there is so much cases are being report in the newspaper.Whoever that being a snatch theft can be classified as a criminal.They do not have a humanity sense because they often get people injured when they are doing that crime.Ther are so much news about woman or moms get injured and mostly died because of snatch theft.
Snatch theft is a crime that scared public.If this cases keep happening,public will be so afraid to go out from their house.We believe that the development will reduce the moral value among our people in this country.Therefore,crime such as snatch theft will happen everywhere and anytime if we and government do not cooperate together to solve this problem.
