hi....i am ila..today i would like to talk about people who are always involved with snatch theft.. sometimes, not only jobless or drug addict do this crime but people who has working also do this crime..this is because they do not get enough salary... sometimes their earning are not sufficient to support their family.. thats why they do this crime, they want to have comfortable life in the easy way and to support their family ...
